We are actively seeking for our client, a private chain of dialysis centers in Singapore, an Assistant Director of Clinical Nurses Operations
As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will step into a pivotal clinical leadership role overseeing the nursing services, clinical governance, and high-quality patient care delivery across our multi-site network of dialysis clinics in Singapore.

You will lead and scale our nursing teams locally while collaborating directly with our international counterparts located in our London office, giving you unprecedented global corporate exposure. Clinical & Operational Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and manage nursing teams across multiple dialysis centers in Singapore to ensure exceptional standards of patient care, optimal staffing rosters, and clinical safety.
Regulatory & Audit Mastery: Drive and maintain absolute compliance with the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) framework. Lead, prepare, and defend centers during formal clinical audits and licensing inspections.
Quality Improvement & Governance: Lead the implementation of clinical performance outcomes, quality improvement initiatives, and standardized patient safety frameworks across all locations.
Clinical Risk Management: Oversee clinical risk frameworks, including adverse event tracking (e.g., vascular access issues, infection control, fluid balance protocols), conducting root-cause analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective actions.
Capability Building: Establish and drive clinical education, competency frameworks, and training programs to support the continuous professional development of our healthcare teams.
Global Collaboration: Partner closely with medical directors, local operational leadership, and international stakeholders in our London headquarters to align local clinical performance with global best practices.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Specialization: An Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Nephro-Urology) or a Specialist Diploma in Renal Dialysis Management is highly advantageous.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven clinical management experience, with a specific focus on managing multi-site renal dialysis centers or serving as an operational Zone Lead / Senior Nurse Manager.
Registration: Must hold a valid, full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of HCSA compliance, clinical governance, patient safety protocols, and commercial healthcare auditing.
Soft Skills: Exceptional people management, strategic problem-solving capabilities, and the corporate communication polish required to interface seamlessly with international corporate stakeholders.
