Parul University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director – HR (Talent Acquisition Lead) to drive and oversee Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the education sector, and a strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition, HR policies, and Organizational Development.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for faculty, administrative staff, and leadership positions (Teaching & Non-Teaching).
· Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality professionals.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
2. Policy Building & Implementation
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with institutional objectives.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, UGC, AICTE, and other regulatory guidelines.
· Continuously review and enhance existing HR policies to foster an efficient work environment.
3. Team Handling & Expansion
· Manage and expand the HR team to align with the University's growth.
· Mentor and develop HR professionals, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
· Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
4. Performance Management & Employee Relations
· Implement effective performance evaluation systems and career progression frameworks.
· Develop strategies for employee retention, motivation, and conflict resolution.
Key Requirements:
Master's in Human Resources / Business Administration /Psychology
10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector
Excellent track record in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in HEI and Universities will be given preference.
