Assist in leading and managing projects from pre production to final delivery
Work closely with the Creative Director to define shooting style and overall treatment
Coordinate between creative, production, and post teams to ensure smooth execution
Contribute meaningfully to creative decisions and on ground problem solving
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable production plans
Explore new mediums, references, and techniques to strengthen storytelling
Your Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director in planning and executing assigned projects
Break down scripts and prepare key production documents including shot lists, schedules, and log sheets
Coordinate actors, crew members, and departments on set
Ensure timelines are followed and production stays aligned with the creative vision
Assist in casting processes and crew hiring when required
Help identify practical solutions on set and during prep
Maintain communication with the Operations Manager and team when facing uncertainties
Oversee adherence to data organisation and documentation standards throughout production
What You BringA good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A planned, structured, and systematic way of working
A result driven and strategic mindset
Strong passion for storytelling with clarity on when to prioritize vision and when to prioritize execution
Working knowledge of essential filmmaking documents such as breakdowns, itineraries, shot lists, and log sheets
2 to 3 years of experience assisting or directing in feature films, short films, music videos, hospitality films, documentaries, or corporate projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Direction, Film, or Design
Strong on set leadership skills and clear communication abilities
Understanding of multiple genres and formats of filmmaking
Confidence in thinking big, pushing craft, and exploring new technology
A strong instinct for quality and a clear sense of what great work looks like
