This is a 2-year contract position as an Assistant Director, CCA Training & Programmes in the Student Development Office.

- Governance, Policy & Quality Assurance
- Operational Excellence & Incident Management
- Stakeholder Management & Partnerships
- People Leadership & Capability Development
[What we are looking for]
- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Education, Social Sciences, Sports/Health Sciences, Business or Public Administration) or equivalent professional experience in student development or youth-focused roles.
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in student development, youth engagement, co-curricular, education or similar programmes, ideally in a tertiary or youth-serving organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in governance and compliance, including implementation and review of policies and SOPs, ensuring duty-of-care requirements, managing incident reporting and escalation processes.
- Strong programme and event management experience, including end-to-end planning cycles, coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors or coaches, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage external partners to support effective programme delivery.
- Advantage: Relevant certifications or training in safety, risk management, first aid, programme management, and familiarity with CCA ecosystems and safety management for student activities.
