Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven AssistantMarketing Manager Performance Marketing with 58 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Bing Ads (mandatory) along with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a deep understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Bing Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
2. Take complete ownership of Bing Ads campaigns (mandatory expertise).
3. Monitor and improve performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
4. Implement and manage attribution models and conversion tracking strategies.
5. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
6. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
7. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
9. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 58 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
2. Mandatory: Proven experience in executing and scaling Bing Ads.
3. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
4. Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, CTR & ROAS optimization.
5. Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
