Role and Responsibilities
Designer is responsible for trend research, creating design concept, select colour stories by working closely with Lead Design/ Category Designer for respective brand or department.
Design Management:
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Manage the development of new products, ensuring they meet market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify current and future design trends.
- Analyse competitors and consumer behaviour to inform design decisions.
- Utilize insights to innovate and enhance the product range.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches.
- Communicate design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other partners.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all design outputs meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain best practices in design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
