About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Graphic Design to lead the development of compelling visual communication across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with project management and team collaboration skills to ensure high-quality creative output aligned with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development -
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, advertisements, and print collateral.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Mentor and guide graphic designers to maintain high creative standards.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables.
- Assist in resource allocation and workload management within the design team.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of visual identity systems.
- Maintain and manage design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
Project Management -
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on business impact and campaign requirements.
- Participate in creative planning, brainstorming sessions, and campaign strategy discussions.
Innovation & Process Improvement -
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, AI-powered creative workflows, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance creative efficiency and output quality.
- Drive adoption of best practices in design systems, asset management, and creative operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, advertising, edtech, SaaS, or digital-first environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, digital creatives, and visual storytelling.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers is preferred.
