Job Description

  • Design, Development Evaluation of Tyre and Wheels (Aluminum/Steel), Wheel Covers Cap, Wheel Center
  • Designing of Tyre, Wheel (Aluminum / Steel) knowledge of layout check, load calculations. Functionality of TPMS system.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Homologation requirements for Tyre, Wheel and allied parts etc.
  • Need to have experience on design of construction matrix to achieve Vehicle performance, RRC improvement techniques and Tyre tuning.
  • Should be conversant with Homologation requirements for Suspension systems (India EU) like Tyres, TPMS systems etc
  • Technical/Functional:
  • Will be part of team responsible for designing development of Tyre and Wheels, Wheel Covers, Center cap.
  • Would work on basic part related specification requirements, design calculation, Layout of parts, tuning, New Regulations local development quality improvements of these parts.
  • Should have adequate knowledge of CAD system.
  • Basic understanding about Suspension system, design aspects function
  • Ability to work hands on with Suspension system parts.
  • Should have a passion for automobiles and should be aware of latest automotive trends in field of Suspension system wheel design technology
