Job Description

Responsiblities:

Training & Development

➤ Training on the Equipment and Operations - For Internal & External Customers.

➤ Training to new joinee Ops and BD's on machine operation, function, product calibration and basic trouble shooting.

➤ Training to RnMs or discussion once in a month. Last Friday of every month (morning time till 10 AM)

➤ Maintain a suitable RnM count in his region and share recruitment plan in comparison with deployed machines and forecasting to Technical Head.

Coordination / Reporting / Relationship building / support

➤ Actively coordination with Ops / BD and RnM team for all samplings and deployment.

➤ Availability in at least 50% Sampling and in at least 50% deployment as per the requirement in coordination with BDs / Ops.

➤ Has to visit all new installations within 3 days of deployment.

➤ Discuss monthly technical reports with RM's and Ops.

➤ One day dedicated in warehouse for QC, reports or any other work related to warehouse.

Profit Contribution / Support

➤ Ensure that person has to visit at least 15 customer per month and discuss feedback on service.

➤ Reduce Spare Parts Consumption.

➤ Plan visit to cover Key account and top accounts in the region in coordination with RM's and Ops.

➤ One day dedicated for Cold calling as per the plan shared by the RM's.

➤ One day dedicated for Customer experiance as per the plan shared by the RM's.

➤ Make a customer list with RMs and plan for PM in his presence. Actively involvement required. top 5 client / 25 mcs.

Service Responsibility

➤ Ensure that Customer Complaints are attended with complete satisfaction.

➤Understanding of serivce support needs and delivering relevant strategies.

➤ Ensure that RnM team must perform as per the responsibility defined for them.

➤ Ensure all service calls must be recorded in the system.

➤ Closely monitering equipment Downtime, Equipment Reliability, repeated calls and Equipment Uptime .

➤ Issues feedback to technical / NPD team for all calls.

➤Ensure All NPS and QFS feedbacks are tracked and answered promptly.

Required :

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in repair and maintenance.
