Role & responsibilities-
Key skills required-
1.Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, safety policies, and statutory requirements.
2. Implement CWMS for invoices, monitor LLCS compliance, track grievances, manage audits, and enforce discipline.
3. Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, conduct welfare activities, and organize safety & compliance training.
4. Digitize compliance records, manage contract labor data, and use MySetu & IMS portals for documentation.
