Role Purpose:
To drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance monitoring for Adani Copper Business, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and strategic insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and longterm financial plans.
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports and dashboards.
- Build financial models to support business cases, new initiatives, and investment decisions.
- Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and business drivers to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support senior management with datadriven recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Consolidate financial data across departments and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting under different business assumptions.
- Evaluate financial performance of projects, products, and business units.
- Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and analysis.
- Present insights to leadership through clear, structured presentations and visualizations.
- Enhance FP&A processes through automation, improved templates, and analytical tools.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and management review materials.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting cycles, and performance review meetings.
