- Buildstrongrelationshipswithclientsandstakeholdersthroughexcellentcommunicationskills
- Workonin-houserequirementsofdesign/planning, ifany,andprovidenecessarydesigninputsintherequiredformatasmayberequested.
- Prepare2D-3DDesignsinAutoCAD/Sketchup,preparepresentationdrawings, and workingdrawingdetailsasandwhenrequired.
- Reviewofschematic&workingdrawingsforaccuracy&quality.Coordinatewithconsultantsfortimelydelivery.
- Day-to-daycoordinationincludingregularfollow-upswithallexternalandinternalstakeholders
- Coordinatewithstakeholderstoensuredrawingdeliverablesareinlinewithprojectschedulerequirements,andbeabletohighlightbottleneckswellinadvance.
- Participateinsitevisitsandfieldinspections(asandwhenrequired)toensureprojectqualityandcompliance
- Supportprojectdocumentationandadministrationtasksasneeded
- Complieswithcompany-definedguidelinesandprocesses
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinArchitecturefromarenownedinstitution
- Priorworkexperience(inanarchitecturalfirmispreferred)of5to8yearsforDesignManagerinarchitecturaldesign,preferablyofprivateresidences.Thrivesinafast-pacedenvironmentwiththeabilitytoworkonmultipletasks,prioritiesanddeadlines
- ProficiencyintherelevanttoolslikeAutoCAD,GoogleSketchUp,andMicrosoftOfficesuite.
- KnowledgeofRevit/BIMwouldbeanaddedadvantage
- Knowledgeofbuildingcodes,localregulationsandconstructionmethods
- MusthaveagoodcommandofEnglish,Hindi&locallanguagewithinterpersonalskills
