Role Description – Assistant Creative Producer

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes digital content someone who gets excited about shoots, storytelling, and creating scroll-stopping branded content.

As an Assistant Creative Producer, you will:

• Support various stages of the video production pipeline

• Manage projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

• Work closely with the creative team to bring impactful stories to life

• Support photography needs for campaigns and shoots

• Liaise with clients and coordinate marketing inputs

• Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders throughout the creative process

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Running the branded video production pipeline (pre shoot post)

• Writing fun, engaging, platform-friendly scripts

• On-ground shoot support — talent coordination, crew alignment & managing the chaos

• Client communication, updates & expectation management

• Managing timelines, logistics, documentation & seamless project delivery

• Supporting photography requirements for campaigns & shoots

• Coordinating with marketing teams to integrate content needs

• Ensuring smooth cross-team communication from concept to execution

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration to work effectively with teams & stakeholders

• Experience in video production and photography, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling

• Proficiency in project management to coordinate production schedules, timelines & deliverables

• Marketing awareness to support content promotion and audience engagement

• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with filmmaking and storytelling techniques is a plus

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred

Additional: A proactive problem-solver with a go-getter attitude, comfortable in fast-paced environments

Salary Bracket : 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience)
