We are looking for a Junior Director & Producer / Assistant Director to support the production of UGC-style videos and product launch shoots. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their production career who wants hands-on experience with end-to-end shoots.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production Support
- Shadow the senior production team to learn Frido's creative workflow.
- Assist in preparing pre-production documents such as:
- Shot lists
- Script breakdowns
- Prop lists
- Shoot schedules
- Basic location planning
- Coordinate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth prep.
On-Set Assistance
- Support senior directors during UGC and product video shoots.
- Help coordinate talent, camera crew, lighting team, and production assistants.
- Ensure smooth shoot operations by managing props, setups, and team communication.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor on-set challenges quickly and professionally.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality during shoots.
Post-Production Coordination
- Work with editors and post-production teams to share footage, notes, and feedback.
- Review initial cuts and help ensure edits match the shoot objective.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery support.
Requirements
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to grow in video production.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during fast-paced shoots.
- Creative mindset with a basic understanding of visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
