Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in guiding students on study abroad opportunities, programs, and destination countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and others.
  • Support counselling sessions to assess student profiles, academic background, and career goals.
  • Provide basic guidance on course selection, universities, and application pathways.
  • Assist students in preparing required documents including SOPs, financial documents, academic records, and language test scores.
  • Support in reviewing applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with admissions processing teams for application submissions and offer letter follow-ups.
  • Maintain regular communication with students regarding application updates and next steps.
  • Handle student follow-ups through calls, emails, and broadcast communication.
  • Address basic student queries and escalate complex cases to senior counsellors.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting student seminars, webinars, and information sessions.
  • Support promotional outreach activities through calls, emails, and campaigns.
  • Help in student lead generation and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in CRM or internal systems.
  • Track application progress and ensure timely updates.
  • Support coordination between students, counsellors, and processing teams.

Target Achievement:

  • Support student application and conversion targets as per company goals.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and progression of student applications.
  • Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in overseas education consultancy or student counselling; freshers may also apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good proficiency in English.
  • Basic understanding of study abroad programs and visa processes (training will be provided).
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple student cases and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
