Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Sales Invoices with cent percent accuracy as per the client agreement.
- Track actual costs, commitments, accruals, and forecasted expenditures against budget
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the entire project life cycle, from initiation to close-out.
- Maintain detailed documentation for audits and management reporting.
- Support project teams in reviewing and validating contractor and supplier cost submissions.
- Ensure cost data accuracy and system integrity within Oracle project modules.
- Liaise with finance, contracts, procurement, and project management teams to maintain consistent cost discipline.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Previous work experience in Oracle will be preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
