Assistant Controller EPO Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Responsibilities

Costing :

• Support calculation of product cost for NPIs, collaborate with BD Ops team
• Support calculation of product cost for site transfers and impact on P&L, collaborate with SRO team
• Track recoveries from third parties towards development costs, capex etc.
• Support annual cost audit submission, provide required data and work with auditors and internal team for resolution of open points

Cross-functional support & Projects :

• Drive initiatives to positively influence operating working capital and achieve financial goals
• Work on projects relating to mitigation of external challenges, availing eligible Govt incentives, and subsidies. Work with CFS, SRO and Plan teams to collate and analyze data

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 10+ years of experience
• Ability to drive change amongst peers and senior leaders. Strong Business Partnering skills.
• Sufficient accounting and compliance experience to set the tone to the overall organization
• Visible passion for change management
• Team player within a matrix organization design
