Job Description – Assistant Civil Project Manager

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Position Overview
Royallinks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Civil Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects.
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project timelines and update progress reports.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Site Supervision
- Support supervision of on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Track material usage and site requirements.
- Assist in resolving site issues and technical challenges.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.
- Support billing and vendor payment documentation.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in quality inspections and audits.
- Monitor adherence to project standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction or project coordination.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Exposure to site management and vendor coordination.
