Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chef based in Mumbai. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for food preparation, assisting in cooking various dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high-quality standards in all meals. The role includes supporting the lead chef, managing inventory, and ensuring timely meal preparation while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficient in food preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Skilled in ingredient management, inventory handling, and basic kitchen operations
• Knowledgeable in traditional and contemporary cooking methods
• Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration in a busy kitchen environment
• Experience in Indian cuisine is highly desirable
