Role will include:

Align with sales strategy & AOP and work towards achieving sales revenue for the business.

Monitor and oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion.

Actively participate in techno-commercial discussions with clients to align expectations and technical

feasibility.

Collaborate with the design and sourcing team to optimize workflows and minimize lead times.

Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and implement corrective measures.

Project-wise Profit Loss tracking & Cost analysis.

Relationship Management with various vendors and suppliers including Imported products.

Provide prompt and efficient support to the sales team by offering quick and practical solutions.

Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, decision and changes for future reference.

Identify product fitment to customer needs & find customization needs. Suggest alternate products

with an overall objective of maintaining GM>25% for the business.

Act as central repository manager for various products specifications & pricing.

Provide certification & documentation for various Bid & Tender submissions.

Provide Quotations to clients for various revisions of specifications as and when needed.

Monitoring and analyzing sales data to refine strategies, identify growth trends, and provide regular

reports to senior management.

Requirements :

1. Exposure into Manufacturing & NPD is preferred.

2. Good presentation skills

3. Proficiency in Excel Moderate to advance (VLOOKUP)

4. Must be willing to travel occasionally to sites and to meet key stakeholders within customer
