Role Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to support brand management,
sourcing, and category growth for our e-commerce platform. The role will focus on
onboarding and managing brands, driving sales growth, optimizing product portfolios, and
executing sales campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end brand onboarding, product portfolio management, and assortment
planning.
Conduct sales data analysis and brand reviews to generate actionable insights for category
growth.
Organize and manage sales events, including securing discounts and brand contributions
for promotional campaigns.
Drive social media campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives for category promotion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through
improved size charts, return/exchange policies, and competition mapping.
Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and support long-term brand
relationships.
Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and competitive positioning within the
marketplace.
