Role Description

The Assistant Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. In this role, you will assist the procurement team with sourcing and purchasing high-quality products in line with TJC's brand ethos. Daily responsibilities include supplier communication, maintaining inventory levels, analyzing market trends, negotiating pricing, and supporting the development of product ranges. The Assistant Buyer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in market analysis, trend identification, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, vendor management, and relationship building.
  • Analytical skills for inventory management and data interpretation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry, especially in jewelry, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
