Key Responsibility
- Lead and manage assigned product category to ensure strong sales performance.
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goals.
- Supervise and train sales team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock allocation, and coordinate replenishments with the inventory team.
- Work closely with brands and vendors to implement promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
- Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and report to the Branch Manager.
- Support marketing efforts through in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launch activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
