Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets segment-wise (Electronic, Mortise,Mechnical locks)
- Ensure robust funnel management consistently add new projects aligned with sales targets.
- Project Pipeline Development (Indexing/Funnel):
- Identify, develop, and nurture new project leads.
- Regularly update and maintain a project funnel database.(Data Hygine and Data based decion making)
- Key Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with Builders & Developers,Contractors, Project Dealers etc.
- Regular engagement with decision-makers to influence product specification & order confirmation.
- Stakeholder Engagement (Budget compliance & no deviation)
- Conduct regular meetings with dealers, project associates, and influencers to win project mandates.
- Work closely with dealer project teams for alignment and performance.
- Collaboration with retail team to get more milage on stakeholder management
- Dealer Network Management :
- Manage and strengthen the dealer network involved in project sales.
- Ensure availability of stock, manage outstanding payments, and support dealer teams with competition handling and customer engagement.
- Adhere to credit period norms
- Market Visits & Coverage (daily target):
- Conduct daily market visits in assigned geography with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with architects, builders, contractors, and project dealers.
- Product Portfolio Handling:
- Promote the complete range of EUROPA lock products ensuring depth and width in product placement.
- Provide product training and application guidance to internal Institutional & Project sales team,channel partners and influencers.
- Competition Benchmarking:
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor product ranges, features, pricing, and market strategies.
- Regularly update internal teams with competition intelligence.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills to close project deals profitably.
- Prepare and present commercial offers and handle objections effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Responsible for managing sales executives/officers in assigned zone/geography.
- Strategic ownership of funnel development, dealer alignment, and achievement of team targets.
- Regular review and reporting of sales data, project status, dealer performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to team members.
- 8 + years of experience in which 4 to 7 years of experience in project sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Achieving daily numbers and spill over nos.(if any)
