Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Flipkart)

The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Flipkart) will oversee brand marketing initiatives on Flipkart and other marketplaces, ensuring strong brand positioning and growth. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, conducting competitor research, and optimizing listings to increase visibility and sales. Collaboration with internal teams for campaigns, managing promotional activities, and maintaining relationships with platform representatives will also be key responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division.

• Experience in brand marketing and e-commerce platforms, particularly Flipkart or similar online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and sales performance tracking.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content optimization, and SEO practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with campaign management, promotional activities, and competitor analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Pune Division.
• Familiarity with men's lifestyle and grooming product categories is a plus.
