Position: Assistant Brand Manager (South)

Overview: zingbus is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (South) to grow brand visibility and

preference across southern markets. This role will focus on regional brand execution, building

strategies, campaign rollouts, creator/community activations, and on-ground + digital initiatives that

drive awareness and trust for zingbus in the south.

What you will do:

Regional brand strategy and execution (south)

Execute zingbus's brand plan for south markets across key corridors and hubs

Adapt brand messaging into regional market insights, language, culture, and audience behaviors

Ensure brand consistency across all regional touchpoints (online + offline)

Campaign planning and rollouts

own the execution of brand campaigns in the south (seasonal peaks, route launches, long

weekends, student travel, etc.)

coordinate with performance, crm, content, influencer, social media and design teams to launch

campaigns on time

create market-level micro-campaigns to boost search, app installs, and consideration

Market intelligence and brand insights

track competitors, pricing perception, messaging trends, and consumer feedback in the south

share actionable insights to help refine creatives, hooks, and market execution

recommend new visibility opportunities (events, routes, communities, partnerships)

Reporting and measurement

report campaign performance with brand metrics (reach, engagement, search lift, share of

voice, brand recall proxies)

maintain trackers for influencer activations, offline deployments, and campaign calendars

share learnings and next steps with central marketing teams

What we are looking for:

Experience:

24 years in brand marketing, regional marketing, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing

Skills

Strong execution + coordination skills with multiple stakeholders

Good understanding of regional consumer behavior and cultural nuance (south markets)

Comfort working with creators, vendors, and offline partners

Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables independently

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
