Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

Role Description The Assistant Brand Manager Marketing role at Popees Baby Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. This role involves supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across digital, retail, and traditional channels to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. The Assistant Brand Manager Marketing will assist in planning and implementing campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies and internal teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing consumer insights, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership. The role also includes managing marketing calendars, supporting new product launches, coordinating promotional activities and events, and collaborating with sales, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to drive brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in brand and marketing management, including experience supporting brand campaigns, product positioning, and go-to-market activities.
• Proficiency in digital and social media marketing, with the ability to work on content planning, basic performance tracking, and coordination with digital agencies or internal teams.
• Solid analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and competitor trends to inform brand decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in marketing or brand management
• Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as design, production, sales, and retail operations.
