Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Insights

● Develop a deep understanding of our target audience through qualitative and quantitative

research, championing the consumer's voice internally

● Develop strategic and tactical brand assets and guidelines to ensure consistency across all

platforms

● Conceptualize and execute creative, media, and PR innovations to make mPokket a path-

breaking brand

Creative Development & Brand Operations

● Manage the end-to-end creative development process, from brief to execution, with both in-

house teams and external agency partners

● Develop and grow all brand content and assets across touchpoints, including Advertising, Social

Media, Web/App, and on-ground activations

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product,HR) to ensure the brand's tone and

identity are consistent in all communications

● Develop brand toolkits, content, and collateral to create a delightful and consistent customer

journey

Public Relations & Thought Leadership

● Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive PR strategy to build a strong corporate

reputation and drive positive brand narrative

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in the

fintech, business, and consumer media

● Lead the strategy for mPokket's participation in high-impact industry events, securing speaking

opportunities and maximizing brand visibility

● Proactively identify and manage all submissions for relevant industry awards to position

mPokket as a market leader and an employer of choice

● Create and drive a robust thought leadership platform for mPokket's senior executives, securing

bylined articles, interviews, and panel opportunities

What We are Looking For

● Experience: 4+ years of experience in brand management

● A proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns

● Deep experience with consumer research (both qualitative and quantitative) and translating

insights into actionable brand strategy

● Experience managing creative agencies, PR agencies, and multiple internal stakeholders to

deliver projects on time and on budget

● Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high growth B2C tech startup is a strong plus
