About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Assistant Brand Manager to accelerate the growth of HK Vitals, one of India's largest brand in Ingestible Skincare & haircare nutrition & General Nutrition. This role focuses on driving data-driven brand growth covering & impacting multiple functions like revenue management, influencer marketing, product marketing, Digital PR activation, SEO improvement & other brand growth projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, strengthen brand presence, and unlock new growth
Key Responsibilities
You'll organise & use data & insighting to
- Monitor business KPIs, including sales performance, and identify growth avenues.
- Maintain & scale the influencer marketing channel by analysing spend return performance.
- Own the website funnel conversion and mobilise step-funnel improvement projects in collaboration with the Tech team.
- Identify relevant & high impact growth projects across brand functions & drive them to success with stakeholders.
- Develop growth strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage pricing strategy to improve profitability and market competitiveness.
- Improve brand visibility through website optimization and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize product visibility, promotions, and channel performance across D2C, E-commerce, Q-Commerce, and Offline.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Growth Marketing (FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or D2C preferred).
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in brand growth initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
