SUMMARY:
The Brand & Marketing Lead elevates ARK Solutions marketing function from a support role to a strategic driver of brand identity, engagement, and growth.
This individual will define ARK's brand voice, plan campaigns that connect with clients and consultants, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across digital platforms, conferences, and internal communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy & Management
- Define and maintain ARK's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Develop brand guidelines covering tone, visuals, and storytelling aligned with ARK's CRAFT and RISE Beyond Staffing philosophies.
- Oversee pre-, during-, and post-conference marketing strategy including collateral, booth messaging, and follow-up campaigns.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Build and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar covering campaigns, conferences, and digital initiatives.
- Lead creation of capability statements, proposals, and sector-specific materials in partnership with Sales Support and Market Analysts.
- Ensure all campaigns are data-backed and measurable through open rates, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
Digital Presence & Thought Leadership
- Manage ARK's LinkedIn, website, and email content strategy.
- Develop thought leadership content for leadership posts, consultant features, and ESG initiatives.
- Oversee creative execution for internal and external communications.
Consultant & Internal Engagement
- Partner with HR to plan consultant engagement campaigns (recognition, holidays, milestones).
- Create internal marketing initiatives that celebrate ARK's culture, ESG, and achievements.
- Build templates and automation workflows for consistent outreach.
Team & Vendor Management
- Supervise and mentor the existing two-member marketing team.
- Manage external designers, printers, and digital agencies when required.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, brand standards, and creative quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years experience in B2B or professional services marketing; staffing industry experience preferred.
- Strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, and campaign design.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Delivery.

The Marketing & Market Intelligence Manager will lead ARK's marketing and workforce intelligence function, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, and Leadership. This role is responsible for driving marketing execution, workforce intelligence initiatives, campaign planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead, execute, and challenge existing processes while maintaining accountability across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive ARK's marketing strategy and execution roadmap.
- Develop and manage marketing and campaign calendars.
- Partner with Sales, Recruiting, API, and Leadership teams to align business objectives.
- Lead workforce intelligence initiatives that support business development and recruiting efforts.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to evaluate performance.
