We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and execution-focused Assistant Brand Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing and support the successful execution of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, events, and strategic projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, management reports, MIS dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and records to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
- Follow up on timelines, approvals, and project milestones, proactively escalating delays when required.
- Assist in analyzing marketing performance data and preparing actionable insights.
- Draft communication copies for brochures, presentations, website content, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and other marketing requirements as needed.
- Support the development and execution of patient engagement, wellness, and brand-building initiatives.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on multiple ongoing projects and priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation-making and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working with data, trackers, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, hospitality, or conscious living will be an advantage.

Location Preference
Candidates residing in North Delhi or nearby areas such as Shalimar Bagh, Pitampura, Rohini, Ashok Vihar, Model Town, Punjabi Bagh, and Paschim Vihar will be preferred.
