Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include assisting in managing branch activities, developing and executing strategies to increase customer engagement, tracking key metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Assistant Branch Manager will handle client queries, monitor budgets, and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and operational skills, including experience managing teams and executing organizational strategies
  • Customer service and relationship management skills to handle client interactions effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and interpret key performance metrics
  • Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience in the travel or related industry, while not required, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
