Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of branch staff to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of MLAP products and services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
