The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient customer service, and managing staff performance. This role is vital in maintaining the branch's operational standards and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and management of the branch.
  • Oversee customer service activities to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Support staff training and development to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in implementing branch policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Help manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the branch.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
  • Understanding of financial products and services offered by the branch.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
