Assistant BMS Engineer

• Ensure health, availability, and reliability of BMS/IBMS infrastructure including servers, controllers, and field devices

• Monitor system integration, communication networks, and data flow across building systems

• Perform preventive planned maintenance (PPM) for BMS assets as per schedule

• Troubleshoot system issues including gateway failures, controller issues, and network connectivity problems

• Resolve BMS data mapping, trending, and communication errors

• Maintain BMS asset registers, documentation, and maintenance records

• Coordinate with OEM vendors and system integrators for AMC execution and service resolution

• Support commissioning, testing, validation, and system upgrades

• Analyze alarms, trends, and reports to identify risks and improvements

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements

• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and IT teams for seamless system integration

• Support BMS-related project upgrades and expansions
