Assistant BMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) across facility operations
• Ensure integration and coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems through BMS
• Perform routine system monitoring, trend analysis, and diagnostic checks
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS-controlled systems
• Respond to alarms, breakdowns, and system failures as per defined escalation protocols
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and facility management teams for repairs and upgrades
• Maintain system logs, incident reports, and operational documentation
• Support energy monitoring and implement efficiency improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Assist in system optimization and performance tuning of building controls
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real time
