Assistant BMS Engineer

• Monitoring and maintaining BMS/IBMS infrastructure health and uptime

• Handling troubleshooting of controllers, gateways, and communication failures

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Managing alarms, trends, and system performance analysis

• Coordinating with OEMs for AMC and service resolution

• Supporting system integration, testing, and commissioning

• Maintaining technical documentation and asset records

• Supporting cross-functional facility operations teams
