Role Description-

We're looking for an Assistant BIM Coordinator (Electrical) to lead Electrical BIM coordination for international projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities-

Coordinate Electrical BIM activities across all project phases.

Develop and review Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models.

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.

Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation.

Ensure compliance with BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and client standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Conduct model audits and maintain BIM standards and documentation.

Support CDE workflows (ACC/BIM 360), version control, and issue tracking.

Mentor BIM Engineers and assist in project delivery.

Automate BIM workflows using Dynamo, Python, pyRevit, or Autodesk Forge/APS.

Requirements-

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modelling & Coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM 360.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650, BEP, LOD, CDE, and QA/QC processes.
• Experience working on international projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and/or Python scripting is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

• Power distribution, switchgear, transformers, and cable routing.
• Lighting systems and emergency lighting.
• ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, Structured Cabling).
• Fire Alarm & Detection Systems.
• Earthing, Lightning Protection, DG & UPS systems.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEC, BS 7671, NFPA 70/72, and IEEE standards.
