Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Audit Manager at SATYA MicroCapital Ltd., based in Muzaffarpur. The Assistant Audit Manager will oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, conduct in-depth financial audits, and assist in developing internal audit plans. The role involves analyzing financial data, evaluating accounting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the Assistant Audit Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze and interpret financial data effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with company policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus
- Proven experience in audit, finance, or accounting roles
- Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices
