Role Overview:
We are looking for academically strong and forward-thinking faculty who can integrate technology-enabled learning into management education and contribute to a dynamic, outcome-focused academic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses using contemporary, learner-centric pedagogy.
- Deliver and design tech-oriented courses in the domain (e.g., HR Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence Tools, Digital Strategy, AI Applications in Business).
- Develop academic content, case studies, experiential and project-based learning modules.
- Actively engage in research, publications, and knowledge dissemination.
- Mentor students for academic progression, internships, and career development.
- Contribute to institutional initiatives, accreditation, and industry-academic collaborations.
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. (or thesis submitted) in Management or relevant discipline from national and/or international institution of repute.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to integrate digital tools and data-driven perspectives in teaching.
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness and/or research output
- Publications in ABDC & Scopus journals.
Preferred Expertise Areas (any):
- Analytics: Excel / Power BI / Tableau / SPSS / R / Python (managerial application)
- Finance: FinTech, Financial Modelling, Data-Driven Decision Making
- Strategy & Operations: Digital Transformation, AI for Managers, Tools, Industry 4.0
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Startup ecosystem insights, Design Thinking, Business Model Innovation, Venture Incubation.
- HR & OB: HR Analytics, HR Tech, People Data Insights
- Marketing: Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Data Insights
