This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Panvel. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative duties, documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and assisting in inventory and delivery operations. Additional responsibilities may include organizing schedules, maintaining records, and addressing client inquiries to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation and record-keeping
• Effective communication and coordination skills for managing client interactions and teamwork
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics process
• Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
