Envertiz Consultancy is hiring a dynamic Assistant Area Sales Manager (ASM) Industrial Sales for one of our reputed partners in India to drive business growth and manage industrial customer relationships in key markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive industrial sales and business development activities in the assigned region
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong distributor relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer acquisition plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical support) for smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales
- Experience in industries such as:
- Abrasives
- Industrial paints & coatings
- Powder coating
- Industrial consumables
- Safety equipment (industrial segment)
- Strong account management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Profile:
- Experience handling industrial distributors and OEM/plant-level customers
- Strong understanding of industrial buying cycles and technical product selling
