Asst area manager is responsible for driving market share, growth and retention for the Plaster Boards business in Chhatrapati Sambahaji Nagar, Jalna, Beed & Dharashiv district. The role involves analysing market potential, identifying opportunities to expand Gyproc's retail presence, and executing strategies to increase brand reach. The role also includes implementing promotional activities and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement, expanding the dealer network in new territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets; dealer-wise tracking.
- Execute trade promotions and loyalty campaigns.
- Expand market through dealer/sub-dealer appointments.
- Track sales forecasts and collections.
- Engage with applicators, contractors, and influencers like architects & Interior designers
- Maintain uniform pricing and drive territory growth.
- Coordinate with project sales teams to support channel distribution
