Key Responsibilities
- Generate high‑quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking with contractors, builders, and developers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, presentations, demos, negotiation, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline; update CRM with prospect information, activities, and KPI metrics.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and sales trends to adjust strategies and forecast demand.
- Lead channel‑partner initiatives, onboarding new distributors and ensuring compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, pipeline reviews, and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and field teams to execute promotions, product launches, and technical training.
- Mentor junior sales staff and assist in recruiting, training, and coaching to build a high‑performing team.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and adherence to contract terms for smooth order fulfillment.
- 3–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in construction materials, plaster, or related industrial chemicals.
- Demonstrated success in project sales, channel sales, and key account management.
- Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and pipeline targets.
- Expertise in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with contractors, builders, and developers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or construction management a plus.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail in contract documentation and compliance.
- Comfortable delivering presentations and product demos to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset to work across internal stakeholders and external partners.
