Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Surat for a Creative Studio & Content Assistant at Ansama. The role involves a dynamic mix of studio management and creative execution.

The assistant will be responsible for maintaining studio organization, assisting in shooting and editing high-quality social media content, creating basic graphic designs, coordinating with brands for collaborations, and scheduling content across platforms. The role requires someone who can seamlessly balance creativity with structure and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (Reels/short-form content)

Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or similar platforms

Good written and verbal communication skills for brand outreach

Understanding of Instagram and social media trends

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Preferred:

Experience in beauty, fashion, or content creation industry

Aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Prior experience managing social media or assisting in a studio environment
