Job Description

his position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting PepsiCo Foods North America business team. The MDM Analyst is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely execution of store creation, modifications and chain linking within the MDG system. This includes required information in for store creation, Name change, Address, link chain hierarchy in systems. This role bridges the gap between planned promotions and in-market execution, ensuring alignment across TPM tools and financial systems. The MDM analyst will be expected to work on transformation initiatives of their respective processes and bring in their learnings to streamlining, automate and effectively lay down processes with the supervisors support.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • MDM analyst work with the Supervisor to pick up format / region responsibilities.
  • Responsible for owning end to end process of master data maintenance (Store creation, chain maintenance etc).
  • Ensure timely processing of equipment order requests as per the Key account managers requests.
  • Ensure delivering below work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
  • Contract management which is an agreement between retailer and Pepsico to be managed end to end for upcoming promotions.
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology (Automation)
  • Be the point of contact for CLO/ regions responsible for all Global Sales Enablement activities.
  • Be the representative of Global Sale Support team to contribute towards teams success.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales (for L5)
  • Bachelors in commerce/business administration/ marketing Masters degree is a plus
  • Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred
  • Analytical Skills: Good data skills and ability work through large data sets
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive, responsive and results driven
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
