Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Chitradurga. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, supporting daily business operations, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments. The role requires effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills to ensure smooth workflows and provide support to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including task coordination and documentation
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, for coordination and correspondence
- Ability to use office software, such as word processing and spreadsheets, efficiently
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Capability to work on-site in Chitradurga and adapt to dynamic work requirements
- Basic knowledge or experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field
