Role Description

PEC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time on-site Assistant Accounts & Finance Manager to be based in Bardez, Goa. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. They will assist in financial planning, auditing, and reporting, as well as liaising with stakeholders. The role also requires contributing to process improvements and supporting the team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, payroll processing, and auditing
• Experience with financial software and tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership capabilities
• Proficient understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
