JOB DESCRIPTIONSenior Accountant – Real Estate

LOCATION Pune–Mumbai Highway

CTC / SALARY 45,000 – 50,000 / month

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with experience in the real estate/construction industry to handle financial operations, project accounting, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing property-related transactions, vendor payments, and cost tracking for projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day accounting for real estate projects and company operations

Maintain project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring

Handle customer receipts, booking entries, and agreement-related accounting

Manage vendor payments, contractor bills, and reconciliation

Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Ensure GST compliance related to real estate transactions (including RCM if applicable)

Handle TDS deductions (contractors, professionals, etc.) and filings

Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

Maintain proper documentation of agreements, invoices, and financial records

Assist management with MIS reports and financial analysis

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)

3–5 years of experience in real estate or construction industry

Strong understanding of project accounting and financial reporting

Knowledge of RERA-related financial processes (preferred)

Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
