Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining records, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in budget preparation, and ensuring financial data accuracy. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Zoho Books, Tally, or other related platforms
• Strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and maintaining general ledger entries
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
